TESI Hub Centre Steering System

The front and rear swingarms of the Tesi H2 are mounted directly to the engine, with two shock absorbers independently controlling the front and rear wheels. The front steering hub allows a 27º steering angle in each direction (left/right), and this arrangement separates the steering system from the suspension. To ensure equal rigidity on both sides, the front swingarm uses a bonded carbon-fibre bridge, contributing to consistent steering characteristics with minimal dive and lift. During weight transfer from braking, the swingarm pivot position effectively disperses pitching forces, creating an anti-dive effect. All of these features contribute to the Tesi H2’s market-leading package.

Supercharged Performance

The 998cm³ inline four-cylinder supercharged engine delivers 231 PS, providing superior power and exhilarating acceleration. With advanced electronic control technologies, it optimizes power delivery for enhanced precision and control, making it possible to provide maximum riding excitement.

Direct Connection

When we considered what we would need to create a fresh, new motorcycle concept, having a “direct connection” become an underlying theme. By making the connection between the engine and wheels as simple as possible, and positioning the rider as close to the engine as possible and creating a lightweight chassis construction, we were able to achieve a direct feeling with Tesi H2 previously unavailable. When applying the brakes on corner entry, Tesi H2 riders will be thrilled at the very short braking distance. And when opening the throttle on corner exit, the impressive acceleration from the supercharged engine pushes the rider back in the seat. For moment to moment, the feeling of being directly connected to the bike adds to the experience.

Carefully Selected Materials

The Tesi H2 uses swingarms made from carbon fibre and billet aluminium (at the front), and billet aluminium (at the rear). The pivot plate connecting the rear swingarm to the engine is machined from billet aluminium, as are the eccentric swingarm supports for the front and rear shock units. Furthermore, numerous other components are crafted from high-quality billet aluminium. And the use of high-quality carbon-fibre bodywork also contributes to weight reduction, so the rider does not feel the bike’s weight when riding.

Bespoke Suspension Settings and Riding Position

The rider can make numerous adjustments to personalise the Tesi H2’s settings. The fully adjustable suspension enables riders to adjust compression, rebound, and preload to suit riding style or conditions. Both the front and rear suspension are fully adjustable.Eccentric adjusters on the rear suspension allow ride height to be easily adjusted by as much as 20mm. Similarly, eccentric adjusters also allow the footpeg position to be changed to suit rider preference.
