A license is required to activate the Voice Command and Navigation features.

License availability may vary depending on the vehicle model and country/region.

Usage Fees

There is no charge to use the Voice Command and Navigation features.

Although the license must be renewed annually, renewal is provided free of charge.

Used and Rental Vehicles

The license is also available to customers who purchase a used vehicle or use a rental motorcycle.

Other Requirements

Licenses can be obtained through the app.

To obtain a license, you must connect a supported vehicle to the app and register it as "My Vehicle."

If the vehicle has not been connected to the app for more than six months, the Voice Command and Navigation features will be temporarily suspended.

To continue using these features, please connect your vehicle and the app periodically.

How to Obtain a License

You can obtain and activate the license from [Settings] > [License Activation] in the app.

The entire process can be completed directly within the app.

System Requirements

A Bluetooth headset/intercom is required to use the Voice Command feature and Navigation voice guidance.

If the requirements listed below are not met, these features may not function properly.

Headset

・Supports Bluetooth® 4.0 or later and the HSP/HFP profiles
・Equipped with a microphone and capable of voice calls

Smartphone

・Android 11 or later / iOS 15 or later
・RAM: 3 GB or more (4 GB or more recommended)
・Available storage: 2 GB or more

Notes

・iPad is not supported.

・For information on your smartphone's RAM capacity, please refer to the manufacturer's website or other device specifications.

Please note that in countries and regions not included in any of the coverage levels listed above, the Navigation feature may be unavailable or significantly limited.

Voice Command

Voice Command currently supports the following languages:

Please note that voice recognition accuracy may be reduced when a language is used in a country or region where that language is not commonly spoken.

For example, when French is selected and searching for place names in Japan, locations other than major cities may not be recognized accurately.
